About

Since 1990, Mary has represented buyers and sellers throughout the 24/680 corridor including the Lafayette/Moraga/Orinda area as well as the community of Alamo down through the city of Pleasanton. She has been involved with numerous relocation transactions for such corporations as ADP, Merrill Lynch, Ernst and Young, Genentech, Chevron, Applied Bio-Systems, to name a few. Mary works with first time buyers as well as those who are seasoned and looking to either move up to a larger home or move down to something smaller. She has also been involved in custom home development both for her clients and personally. Ninety five percent of Marys business is a result of referrals from past clients and people she has known throughout the 30 years she has lived and served in this community.

Having lived and raised her family with husband John in her market area since 1978, Mary has vast knowledge of all of the community amenities including private and public schools, medical services, youth and adult sports programs, public as well as private recreational and athletic facilities, public transportation, area restaurants and entertainment and local churches. Always studying real estate and the changing market conditions, Mary knows property values intimately. Her focus is to educate each and every buyer and seller so each feels confident while making their buying or selling decisions.

She is known for her service of guiding and assisting her sellers in preparing their homes before they are actively marketed to the public. Staging and doing the necessary repairs are very important because this helps potential buyers to feel emotionally attached which helps them to better visualize living in the home. Buyers see the property in its best light and most likely a seller will receive a higher sales price. Mary has experienced the success of staging over and over again. Marys mottoa job well begun is a job well done.

The combination of community knowledge and real estate expertise helps Mary to bring superior value while assisting the relocation of families within the San Ramon Valley and Lamorinda areas. She is a recognized community leader and her proven business experience have given Marys clients a confidence seldom found in the residential real estate business.
